They Killed My Mix

So I received an email today telling me that my post involving my mix has been removed due to a copyright claim from the RIAA. I'm not sure what their huffy-puffy deal is considering it was an act to try to spread the word on several of my favorite artists.

Considering that none of them make music mainstream enough to play on the radio, I'm not 100% on how they expect people to hear about them if word of mouth is not involved. There's no better word of mouth than saying "hey listen to this". But, alas. Someone's record company got their panties in a wad and reported my blog and blogger saw it fit to remove the content.

I wish all the artists continued un-success for dealing with such savory individuals.
