That's Right: Look at It

So my Twitter followers already know how much I loathe and despise love Gaga's new amazingly awful album cover that apparently isn't a joke.

Chrome colored bubble type people.

Let that sink it.

Chrome. Bubble.

Someone inform this woman that she's officially useless now.

Weezer's "Hurley" Album Cover

That's it, Weezer has a new album coming out called Hurley and Hurley is on it. That's really all we need to know. Weezer is the new coolest band ever.

I Feel Sexier: Failed Sexy Album Covers

The always funny people over at Cracked have compiled yet another list of things that are creepy/amusing/sad/disturbing/other words/starburst/orgasm for our amusement!

This time, it's everyone trying to be sexy for their album covers. Oddly enough, it's mostly men. It seems that they're ok with most women slutting it up for the covers. As you should be.

The list full of nipply goodness can be found here.

Thanks to Cisco County Jr. for the tip!

Finally! Scissor Sisters Album Due June 28

The Scissor Sisters have finally gotten their act together and set a release date for their third album, now entitled "Night Work". They also released the cover for the album, which features an 80s man with a firm booty.

Life is good. Also, you can head to their official site and hear a sneak peak of one of the tracks (initial reaction is it isn't brilliant, but it could possibly grow).

In other news, that looks really uncomfy.

Worst Album Covers of the Year

So I found this on livejournal user princess_peapod's page. It's a rather through but obviously incomplete collection of the year's worst graphic design in the album cover world. Check out the full list of all the sad times here.

Neat: Record Cover Placed Art
