Unneeded: Angry Birds Real Life Game

Didn't they learn their lesson when Wii bowling and tennis overtook the real thing for 90% of the country? C'mon people. but supposedly this is coming out by the end of the year. Unless we revolt! Then it will...probably come out sooner.

Super Metroid/Mario/Link/Mega Man Brothers

New Grounds has released a playable version of Super Mario Bros. with tons of classic 8 bit characters, so you can go through all of SMB while playing Link or Samus. I couldn't make it through the second level, because the controls are slightly wonky to me, but feel free to try it out. It's cool simply cause. Go get your gaming fingers sweaty here.

Well, my fellow dorks and dorkettes, it looks like the most important game of the year ever has a release date!

Starting on September 9th, my entire existence will be bashing away at a plastic drumset along with the Beatles. Previous reports stated that the game would not include the title of Harmonix's flagship game series. However the preview site (here) definitely says otherwise.

I suppose they had a massive Harmonix conference bashing out ideas for names.
