Liza Minnelli, Now With Flipped Birds
Number one: When did she start looking like this again?
Number two: I've looked these shots over thoroughly. The shopping is either amazingly well done or very minimal.
Number three: I'm confused.
Regardless, I kinda appreciate these a bit. That makes me gayer than ever.

Small People Please My Face
Jerry Niemi has a rather brilliant set of photographs featuring tiny little people working through our small objects. Here, a little girl has fallen down a cheesy manhole while texting. That's what I'm thinking anyway.
New gross out phrase of the day: Cheesy manhole.

Ghosts of World War II
Sergey Larenkov is a Russian photographer who takes shots captured during World War 2 and superimposes them amid modern day photos of the same era. They serve as quite a striking reminder of how much history the streets of Europe contain. They also display that soldiers aren't really fashion conscious. Alas. Check out the rest over here at My Modern Met

This is London...in 1949. I need to go to the island so the time travel mechanics will send me here long enough to be gay with Richard Alpert in Gangster London.

Blog World: My Parents Were Awesome
So apparently these "parent" people did "things" with their "lives" before they spat out children and became worried about the price of Frosted Flakes, settling for the cheap Kroger imitation. Check out what they did in all their non cereal worries days.

Experts In...Stuff Visit Old Volcano, Find Things

A group of scientist, cavers and filmmakers went into the remains of an ancient volcano in Papua New Guinea to find various rare species. Click here to see some pictures from their expedition. It's creepy/fascinating. Similar to the idea of old people having sex.

Just The Right Timing Photography

Fellow blogger "Funky Downtown" has compiled this list of photos that meet the 'right time right place' requirements. What are those requirements you might ask? A bottle of scotch and some rosemary. True story. Look them over here.
